There may come a time where you wish do delete a user of your HireBox account.
For legal reasons you must keep the candidate's information and results at hand for at least two years (depending on your location), since deleting a user would delete all data connected to their account we do not allow you to delete a user.
However, you may "Block" a user. This will prohibit that user from logging in again and will retain all information connected with that account.
To do so, go to My Users. Then find the user you wish to block and click block on the right hand side.
