Mr. Valtin has an extensive experience in the fields of Management consulting & training, and this on an international basis. He has traveled in more than 35 countries over the last 29 years and has trained over 120,000 people in the areas of Personnel Selection, People Management, Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, Organization and Leadership.

Patrick’s customers and seminar attendees have come from all industries, from growing businesses to multi-national corporations (USPS, Ford Motors, GM Motors, BMW, Renault, Mercedes, Toyota, Motorola, AIG, IBM, Remax, Century 21, ATT Canon, France Telecom, Hotels Accor, Coca Cola, etc…).

An MBA from USC in 1984 (Master of international Business Studies), Patrick is founder and Chairman of U-Man, one of the biggest consulting & training firms in Europe. He is also a founding member of the Advisory Board for the Hubbard® College of Administration, International (Los Angeles, CA). He currently resides in the Tampa Bay area, Florida and spends most of his time helping his clients attract & select top players – in the BtoB and healthcare industries.
