Patrick and the screening/testing methods that he used were past phenomenal - in our case, they were astonishing! Although Patrick's testing and screening indicated that perhaps we were not selecting the proper candidate, we had flown this candidate in, and were really impressed. Despite the indicators derived from Patrick's screening, we went ahead with the hire. Patrick was a consummate professional, stating that he hoped it worked out, and to call him, should we need him. Sadly, within a few months, we had to call him. His results were dead-on, despite all outward presentations and indications given to us by the candidate.
